Sunday Fun Day

Alex, Harper and I spent last Sunday hanging out with the Moynihans.  We had a great Sunday fun day.  It is nice that the babies are so close in age and like to play together.

Soggy Mountains

Alex and I decided to head over to Asheville for a last minute weekend getaway.  We stayed with Bay and Brad in their beautiful mountain house.  We were lucky enough to see Zach too!  Harper loved the new scenery and faces.  We had planned to go hiking on Saturday, but the weather didn't cooperate.  We all went out for awesome pizza instead.  Harper was a big girl and sat in her first highchair away from home.  After lunch, we snuck over to Finch's house to see the newlyweds.  It was the perfect weekend getaway.

Super Bowl 50

We are very proud of our Charlotte Panthers and their football season.  They didn't win the Super Bowl this year, but there is always next year!  We went to our friend's apartment building in uptown for a penthouse Super Bowl party.  Harper couldn't stand the fact that her Panthers were loosing so we had to cut the night short.

 We went to the Mitch's house after our uptown fiesta to watch the rest of the game.  Harper was able to play with her friend Parker.

Charlotte Checkers

Alex, Harper and I went to a Charlotte Checkers hockey game with Kate and Sean last night.  We had noise cancelling headphones for Harper, but surprisingly, the noise didn't bother her at all!  She didn't cry the entire time we were there and seemed very interested in all the people, music, and players on the ice.  The Checkers lost, but we had a great time.

Harper: 7 Months

Harper Eden is seven months old!  She has thoroughly enjoyed trying new fruits and vegetables this month.  She is a sweet potato, carrot, butternut squash, and banana lover!  She is talking more than ever and smiling all the time.  She hasn't shown any interest in crawling yet, but doesn't mind tummy time as much.  Her new favorite things are finding kitty cat Moo and pulling Mommy's hair.
