Great Grandma

This has been a month full of visitors!  My parents were in town the first weekend to babysit Harper while Alex and I went to the Ob Gyn Awards Banquet.  Lisa was in town for a wedding the second weekend.  My Grandma spent this past weekend with us after taking the train in from Cary and Alex's parents are coming from California this week!  Harper has loved all the extra attention!

We were very excited to host Harper's Great Grandma this weekend.  Grandma came prepared with new books for Harper!  Little girl could not get enough of her new noisy book :)  We played around the house, took a walking tour of Uptown, and rode the Lynx out to dinner.  It was a wonderful weekend and we can't wait until our next guests arrive!

Auntie Lisa

Lisa attended a wedding in Charlotte this past weekend and was able to stay with us!  Harper loved spending time with her auntie.  We went out to lunch Saturday at 7th Street Market in Uptown and had the most amazing crepes.  Can't wait for her next visit!

Rubber Ducky

The weather was beautiful today!  We tried to spend as much of the day outside as we could.  Harper took a little swim in her rubber ducky pool.  She likes it as long as it is filled with hot water like her tubs.  She played with her toys and caught bubbles from the bubble gun.  Our backyard patio and walkway were finally finished today so we are looking forward to a summer spent out back!

Summer baby

Harper: 10 Months

Harper is ten months old today!  I cannot believe how quickly time is flying by!  Alex and I were looking through old pictures of Harper today and are stunned by how much she has changed.  She continues to develop her own cute little personality.  She wants to eat everything and anything Alex and I eat and actually likes spicy food.  She has started pulling up and standing on her own and will probably be walking before we know it!  Alex has started taking Harper to reading groups at the library which has been great for meeting new baby friends.  I cannot believe this little baby will be a one year old in a couple of months!

Lazy Saturday

A few good friends spent Saturday at the Moynihan house.  The babies hung out in the pool and played in the sprinkler in the yard.  We grilled out for lunch and dinner and snacked all day.  It was a perfect Saturday.

Triple Baby Shower

One eighth of my residency program decided to get pregnant at the same time.  They literally all share the same due date.  Two of the graduating residents from last year are also due within the same few days.  We threw team pregnant a shower this weekend at the Mitch residence.  There was a great turn out and we all had a blast.
