Knights

We went to a Knights baseball game earlier this week.  They were playing the Durham Bulls.  It was actually a bit chilly!

Feels Like Fall

We had a great weekend!  The weather was perfect for outdoor activities.  Friday night, Harper's school had a fundraiser at a local pizza place.  We rode the Lynx to the restaurant, which we haven't done since prior to the pandemic.  The kids had a great time!  Saturday, I took the kids to a festival at Camp North End.  Sunday, we went to Windy Hill Apple Orchard to get our apple cider.

We were able to use the firepit a couple nights this weekend.  I was actually cold at night!

      

Harper has a cookbook from her book fair last year that she has been dying to use.  She picked a pumpkin pie recipe to make.  The end result looked a bit terrifying, but it was tasty! 

Ethan's First Day of Preschool

It is Ethan's first day of 4s preschool today!  Little Man got his own cone of candy and toys.  This fall semester, he will be staying after school two days a week to play soccer one day and tennis the other.
