Charlotte FC Returns

We went to the first Charlotte FC game last night!  It was cold and rainy, but there were still over sixty-nine thousand fans in attendance.  It was the first game we have seen them loose, but it was still a lot of fun.  We are looking forward to going to a couple more games this season!

    

    

   

   

One of the players tragically died this past year so there was a ceremony for him.

     

   

Harper brought a friend to the game and they were more interested in painting nails.  

    

    

    

Super Weekend

We had another super week!

    

Harper's school had an awards ceremony Thursday afternoon.  Luckily I was post call and able to go with Alex and Ethan.  Harper won several awards for her performance on the MAP exams.

  

Friday night was a father-daughter dance at Irwin.  Harper was super excited!

  

   

   

   

   

     

They had a great time!  The theme was "A Night in Paris."

   

Ethan and I went on a date to Amelie's.

February

Alex's parents kindly took the kids Friday night so Alex and I could go to a concert with friends.  The kids went to Urban Air to play and then had a fun sleepover at the condo!  We enjoyed our dinner out and concert.  It was a chilly weekend, but we went to Camp North End for lunch Saturday.
