Halloween Eve

 We went to a Halloween Eve party at Kate and Sean's house this year.  There were only three families and we spent the majority of the time outside given the current state of affairs.  The kids had an amazing time and it was so very fun for Alex and I to get back together with our long lost pre pandemic friends.  We will definitely make this a tradition!

Getting Ready for Halloween

 We have been doing Halloween activities recently.  Harper and I made gingerdead cookies last weekend.  They were spooky and delicious!  We took a bike ride through our local cemetery which is beautiful in the fall.  On Thursday night, we carved our pumpkins.  We are all ready for Halloween now!

High Shoal Falls in the Fall

It was sunny and cool today, the perfect fall weather for a hike!  We went up to South Mountain to hike High Shoal Falls.  We have not been here since Harper was six months old.  It was a beautiful day to be outside!

We realized that Harper is officially too big to ride in a backpack.  This was her last rodeo.
