Harper's Professional Graduation Photos

We received an email last week with Harper's professional graduation pictures.  We didn't even know about it!  Usually Harper's preschool has the same person come in the fall and spring for school photos, but with coronavirus, we had missed the spring session.  It was a fun surprise!

   

    

    

   

    

    

    

    

Freedom Park on Independence Weekend

We took Harper's new bike on Sugar Creek Trail yesterday to practice riding.  We forgot her helmet, whoops.  She did a great job on her bike!  We ended up walking for three hours to and from Freedom Park.

   

   

   

   

   

   

  

   

   

   

   

   

    

Harper's 5th Birthday: Day of Celebration Three

We had the final day of Harper's birthday celebrations yesterday.  My family came over from Cary to see us for the first time in months!  Harper felt like a princess and enjoyed every minute with Gigi, Poppy and Grandma.  It was a wonderful day.

   

   

   

The cake was perfect!

   

And we will be eating it for a month.

We had Mommy's delicious chicken salad croissants for lunch.

   

Harper's big gift was a big girl bike!  It has been hard to get her off of it.

   

   

   

   

  

    

We had a cook out for dinner.

    

    

   

Happy 11th anniversary to us!  We had wine in princess cups.

    

  

No princess party is complete without princess tattoos.  

   

    

     

   

Harper's 5th Birthday: Day of Celebration Two

On Harper's actual birthday, we celebrated by opening her presents from us, eating left over cake, and playing with the neighbors.  We can't believe Harper is five years old!

    

    

   

We gave Harper a necklace with her name on it.

    

   

Harper was nice and let Ethan open a few presents.

    

    

   

We introduced Harper to Polly Pockets!  

  

The cake was just as yummy on its second day! 

    

    

    

We shared the rest of the cake with the neighbors.
