We have had a shelter-in-place order since Thursday. With all of my surgeries canceled and the majority of my gynecology patients rescheduled to May/June (!), I have been spending a lot more time at home with the kiddos. We have been doing fun activities!
We made muffins Friday morning.
The kids and I had a picnic lunch in the park with our geese.
Little man getting familiar with Goose Goose.
Harper and I read some books while making sure that Ethan didn't wander too far.
We have taken many naps.
Luckily, the weather has been great!
Our art project turned into Mommy picking up all the art supplies after Ethan dumped them out (repeatedly).
We made fossil cookies, which were a big hit!
I had my ears checked by my in-house ear specialist.
My favorite thing we did this weekend was camping. We roasted marshmallows on the fire pit and spent a lovely night in our tent. It is a lot noisier to camp near the city, but the breeze was amazing and we could make out a few stars.
Our campers!
We have a slight incline in our backyard. As the night went on, Ethan kept getting closer and closer to Harper. At one point, they were both snuggling on Harper's bag!
We tried some geometric art.
We made jello jigglers in heart, rainbow and unicorn shapes. I fear we are going to gain a lot of weight during the pandemic with all of this baking!
