Ethan's doctors decided it was time for him to get tubes in his ears after another bilateral ear infection. The day his surgery was scheduled, I was on call and Harper had school. We had to enlist Gigi to help us get everybody where they needed to be. The kids were thrilled to have Gigi visit and we were thankful for the help! I am very grateful that we could get this elective surgery in before the upcoming postponement of nonemergent surgeries.
Before the gravity of the Covid situation had really settled in, we did go out for dinner Wednesday night. The grilled cheese at Optimist Hall is the only grilled cheese both kids will eat.
No social distancing at home.
Our little patient did well. Goodbye recurrent ear infections!
