We had a horrible surprise around 8pm Monday night - we found lice in Harper's hair! This set off a major panic! We all had a small amount of it. Alex went to the store and bought every over the counter lice treatment option. We all did home treatments. I furiously washed, vacuumed and cleaned everything in the house. Lulu and I stayed up most of the night. The kids missed out on school and their activities on Tuesday. We decided to just pay the crazy cost to have the lice treated 100% at a lice clinic in Charlotte. Alex and Ethan were clean after the home treatments. Harper and I required further treatment. So super gross! At least we are now lice-free!
