I had the entire weekend off for the first time in a while and it was so lovely! I slept in both days and had fun with the kids. Alex had a curling tournament this weekend and was busy winning game after game.
I had planned to be at Carowinds by opening at 11am on Saturday, but I slept in until 11! We got there as quick as we could and enjoyed the spooky decorations. We met up with Harper's friend and her family. Ethan rode (and enjoyed) two roller coasters!!!
The weather was great. It was the first day that actually felt like fall.
We didn't get breakfast so we stopped at Cinnabon first.

After Carowinds, we quickly drove over to Hall Family Farm for some corn maze fun with the Brooks family.
The maze has nine different puzzle games you have to find first, then solve to get a letter of a key word to solve main maze question. The theme last year was pirates and this year was American history.
It took us an hour and an half to find and solve all the puzzles.
They were pooped after the maze.
We each picked a pumpkin prior to heading home.
Harper had a soccer game on Sunday that had been rescheduled from Saturday. The weather was beautiful!
We went to vote after the game.
Alex won a cat basket for Lu from his tournament!
