The day after Lisa's wedding, all the Regans headed down to Sunset Beach for the Regan Reunion. This is the first reunion in eight years that I have been able to stay the entire week and it was wonderful! We were very nervous, being thirty-eight weeks and all, but NB behaved and let us enjoy our last vacation as a family of three. The week flew by, but we had a great time catching up with family, watching Harper play with her cousins, and continuing old traditions.
We arrived at the beach Sunday evening, but decided there was enough sun out to go for a swim anyway. Luckily, a quite a few others had the same idea!
Our little fishie!
This goofball :)
Sunday was Harper's third birthday!! We had cake and celebrated at our house with a few gifts.
Happy birthday little goose!
I loved my view every morning. It doesn't get any better than this. Harper slept on a blow up mattress on our floor for the week. She would always crawl up in bed around seven to snuggle.
Bubbles with Poppy!
We had so much fun on the beach!
Gigi threw Harper a mermaid ice cream party Monday afternoon. It was so cute!
Goodie bags
Harper spent the rest of the week playing with this mermaid balloon.
Ice cream sundaes!
Aunt Pat got all the girlies matching mermaid dresses. They were adorable!
Somebody was very sleepy after her party.
After Harper's birthday party, there was another party for all of the graduates. We had quite a few high school, college, and masters graduates this year!
The graduates!
Wiffle ball
I got a lot of beach snuggles from this bunny.
Playing picnic with Tessa
Alex and I celebrated our ninth anniversary at the beach. I cannot believe nine years have flown by!
We started the 4th of July with the Regan Olympics. The competition was fierce this year.
Team Mermaid
Team Dragon
Team Unicorn (and I forgot to take a picture of the winners, Team Phoenix)
The limbo is always a hit. I made it a couple rounds.
Lisa used to win every year!
Paddle ball
Obstacle course for the kiddos
Water balloon toss
Capture the flag - as usual, someone always ends up bloodied.
Andrew won this year!
To celebrate the completion of the games, we all run into the water together.
Happy 4th of July!
Harper and Alex flew butterfly and dragon kites.
I loved the view from our porch.
We had a Girls Night at Teresa's house.
Happy Girls Night!
Casino Night
Our family of three
Beach naps are the best!
We went out to our favorite ice cream place for some pre-dinner dessert. We took Harper here when she was only a week old!
Going out for a visit!
Talent Night
We always stop by Callahan's of Calabash before heading home. We pick up a couple pounds of fudge, a yankee candle, and a little treat for Harper.
We couldn't leave without saying hello to the hermit crabs!
