Tuesday - It's a Small World After All

We went to EPCOT on Tuesday!

    

Every night before bed, I set a wake up call from Mickey for the morning.  Harper and Ethan took turns answering the calls.  We loved our Mickey wake up calls!

      

We rode Spaceship Earth first.

   

   

    

My first lightening lane was in Norway for Frozen Ever After.

   

   

    

   

   

We loved the Frozen ride!  Our next stop was Kringla Bakery Og Kafe for some breakfast pastries.  Each country in EPCOT has food representative of the country and the people working at the restaurants are often from the country as well!  It was fun to ask where people were from and hear their accents.  

   

   

   

   

   

We hopped in line to meet Elsa and Anna next.  This took longer than expected.

After meeting the princesses, we rode Soarin' then headed over to The Seas with Nemo and Friends.  

    

    

After the ride, we caught a show - Turtle Talk with Crush.  They picked Harper to interview!  The animated turtle on the screen asked how old Harper was and told her she had just hatched!  All the questions were cute.

       

We raced over to Guardians of the Galaxy next and used an individual attraction selection pass for this with rider switch.  This was my absolute favorite ride!  It is the smoothest roller coaster I have ever been on with the coolest new technology.  I was super impressed. 

   

We barely made it to our lunch reservations after Guardians.  I was super excited for our reservations at Space 220.  You board an elevator and are taken up from EPCOT to space to eat!

We hopped over to Test Track next.  We designed our own cars then were able to test them out!

   

    

They went pretty fast!

We were excited to ride Remi's Ratatouille, but I didn't get a lightening lane for it as they were all booked by the time I was able to get my next one after Frozen.  The wait was listed as seventy minutes and we decided to do it.

  

   

After waiting for forty minutes, the ride broke down.  We waited an additional forty minutes before we ditched the line and headed out to our cruise reservation.  

   

   

Harper was very disappointed.

   

    

   

We left EPCOT and walked over to the Yacht Club Marina.  I had booked a fireworks cruise for the EPCOT fireworks show.

   

   

    

We had our own private cruise full of snacks and dessert.  We cruised around the waterways between EPCOT and Hollywood Studios before setting up for the fireworks.  We all loved the cruise!!

After the show, we were taken back to the marina.  We got a Minnie Van (Disney's version of Lyft) from the Yacht club back to our lodge.

   

   

   

   

   

We caught another fireworks show from our hotel room as the fireworks in Magic Kingdom happen later!
