It was very cold this weekend so we tried to find indoor crafts to keep busy. We used fun cookie cutters to make bird treats. I would use a different recipe next time, as only a few treats were intact after removing the cookie cutters. We hung them on a tree outside for our neighborhood birdies!
We mixed flavorless gelatin with bird seed and water.
Harper was a pro bird treat maker!
After we filled all the cookie cutters, we left the treats to solidify overnight. It didn't work as well as we had planned, but we still ended up with a few treats for the birds.
