I added a couple additions to Harper's room this week. This will be the end of it for now. Tennis ended for the kids. Harper now has Scouts at a different time on Monday nights with the big kids. Irwin had their Multicultural Night this week. The kids have been preparing for this for weeks. Harper's chorus had a concert at the event.
I couldn't find a light I liked for Harper's room so I painted this one. It is somewhat ghetto, but I am okay with it for now. It has a battery operated lightbulb so I didn't need to wire it. It also has a remote control to turn it on and has a timer.
It serves as a reading light and a night light for Harper.
Lu likes the loft bed.
We got a reading beanbag for Harper.
Ethan really likes it!
Lu is afraid of the noise the beanbag makes, but is happy to sit in it if you place her there.
I brought Lu to work with me on Thursday afternoon. I kept her in my office and it was a nice reward for me to see her after each patient.
Multicultural night! The kids did such a great job.
Harper's class had France. She was preparing for her concert so she wasn't available to point out her work to me.
Ethan watched the concert with his friends.

They did an amazing job! They had two songs in English, one in Spanish and another in an African language.
Ethan's class had Egypt. They did so much work!

We had dinner and ice cream from food trucks out front.
Now we are off to London to complete our multicultural week!
