Weekend Activities

 We have kept it pretty low key the past couple weekends.  The kids play so nicely together and can spend the whole day upstairs with toys or outside in the bouncy house.  While I do go a little stir crazy in the house, it has been nice not running around all weekend!  The weather was nice enough Saturday that we were able to meet with friends at the brewery across the street.  

    

I took Ethan to get unicorn ice cream this past Friday.  I had just finished a lovely hysterectomy and he had just finished school.  We both needed a treat.

    

I took Harper to play with a school friend Sunday afternoon in the park.  The park had a little nature center where the girls played and explored.

   

    

   

    

Snow Tubing

We went to Asheville this weekend to visit Aunt Bay and go snow tubing!  The forecast had called for a couple hours of flurries, but it snowed the entire night!  We had a blast visiting with Bay and Roxy and were able to see Zach too!

Happy New Year!

We went to our friends' house for a New Year's Eve party.  They had a balloon and confetti drop at 9pm, which was perfect for the kids!  We had planned to go to Uptown for the fireworks show at midnight, but were too tired after the party.  Luckily, we could see the fireworks from Ethan's room!  We are looking forward to a happy and health 2023!!
