We have had a couple busy weeks! The kids have both had projects due, I am working on my continuing certification requirements and I was on call last weekend so there is a lot to catch up on! Last weekend, both kids had soccer games that I was lucky to be able to sneak over to. Harper spent some time with Amelia last weekend and they made a vegetable stew. Alex took the kids to a hockey game last Saturday night. This weekend was full of Halloween activities.
The girls and their ingredients.
Little man got Halloween donuts after his soccer game. His game was just down the street from my hospital so I walked!
Harper was one of the captains in her game.
Charlotte Checkers game!
Lu has been enjoying the outdoors on her leash and in her tent.
I felt bad that I was gone all weekend so I got the kids Halloween donuts.
We started this weekend with a Candy Crawl at Camp North End. Each store hands out candy. This year, Ethan was Peter Pan and Harper was Wendy.
Lu came with us too!
Tinkerbell
The kids both had soccer games on Saturday.
We had Trunk or Treat outside of Ray's Splash Planet right next to Irwin Academy. Our theme was pirates to go with our costumes.
The kids had to walk to plank to get their candy.
I was Captain Hook.
There were a lot of outdoor activities. The kids could play field games, paint pumpkins or their faces, trick-or-treat, jump in bouncy houses, eat and go through a haunted maze.

Alex and I went out to dinner with friends Saturday night.
Harper, Ethan and I went to a pumpkin patch on Sunday. There was one pumpkin left!!! We will have to get more pumpkins at the store. We did get delicious apple cider donuts, slushies and a salty pretzel.
