Social Distancing Week 1

It sure has been an interesting week.  Between refreshing my internet browser constantly looking for updated news to trying to entertain two rug rats ALL DAY LONG, ALL WEEK LONG, it has been a whirlwind.  My hospital has canceled all our elective surgeries and rescheduled all annuals and minor problem visits until May.  Needless to say, I have luckily had a little extra time to spend at home with the kids.  It has been the only bright side to this mess.

Our tea party!  Harper wanted to have a tea party with peanut butter tea sandwiches and oreo cakes.  We listened to Christmas music while we sipped our peppermint tea.

Our Goose Goose and Mama Goose are back!  We have been bringing them corn daily this past week.  We are so happy they remembered us after being gone for the fall / winter!

Ethan found a new chair from which to listen to Harper's stories.

Alex baked home-made bread that was delicious.

It was warm enough to bring out the sprinklers too!

Christmas lights in March are now a thing.

We made pineapple apple juice which was fantastic!

Cheers!
