The Scheers had to make an unplanned trip out to Michigan last weekend because Alex's Grandma just found out that she was sick. She required surgery this past week so the Scheers wanted to go show their support. They flew out Saturday morning and spent the weekend visiting family in Michigan and spending some quality time with Grandma. The surgery went well and we are all just hoping for a rapid recovery.
