Mexico Day 5 - Delfines

We had room service breakfast Wednesday morning before leaving for Xenses park.  Xenses is a park that challenges your senses with unique attractions and illusions.

The kids loved all the illusions and photo opportunities.

This town was the ultimate illusion.  It looked like we were walking up a hill in a town, but really we were walking down.  Alex and I immediately felt nauseated and dizzy.  The water next to road appeared to be running uphill.  The photos don't do it justice.

We rode this bird flight zip line first.  You were supposed to spread your arms and feel what it is like to fly.

We went through a few waterways next.  You were supposed to float on the salt water first.

Alex looks dead.

Next, you float through a mud bath.  Ethan was disgusted.

You got to rinse off afterwards.

Back in the middle there was a small pool and hammocks to relax.

After Xenses, we went back to the resort for lunch at Las Playas.  We loved this place.

After lunch, we went to Xcaret for our dolphin experience.

We were with the dolphins for forty-five minutes.  It was amazing!  We got to pet them first.

We posed for a few photos.

Then we did a foot push activity with the dolphins.  There were two dolphins and each put their nose on your foot and pushed you through the water.  They were very strong!

We got to hold onto their dorsal fin and they took us for a ride!

It was fun to play with the dolphins.

One amazing dolphin jumped over us!

Afterwards, we were able to snorkel with the dolphins and pet them a few more times.

We ate dinner back at the resort.
